Cancellation Policy

At Warwick Park Aesthetics, we strive to provide the best service possible to all of our clients. To ensure that everyone has access to appointments in a timely manner, we are implementing an updated Cancellation and No-Show Policy. Cancellation Policy: We kindly request at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a fee of £50. No-shows (missed appointments without prior notice) will also be subject to a £50 fee. We understand that unexpected situations can arise, and we will always do our best to accommodate changes. However, this policy allows us to efficiently manage our schedule and offer appointment slots to other clients in need.
